This commercial build-out project transformed an unfinished shell space into a fully operational Hydrate IV Bar wellness clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. From initial framing to final inspections, every stage of construction was completed by Sokol Construction to deliver a modern healthcare environment ready to welcome patients.
The project included metal framing, drywall installation and finishing, plumbing, HVAC modifications, epoxy flooring, ADA-compliant restroom construction, commercial doors and hardware, custom cabinetry, interior finishes, decorative elements, signage installation, and final permit coordination.
